Hand stitched all silk Suzani from Uzbekistan.

Stylized over-scaled tulip motif in shades of red clay (rust), mint, sage, beige, brown with pastel orange and sage accents on a hand loomed warm beige  ground. Hand embroidered by one artist in a traditional chain stitch with flicker stitching adding depth, and movement to the design.

Bordered with a trailing floral motif and framed in beige silk.
