Refund policy

Returns are assessed on a case by case basis but in general, we accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exception to our return and exchange policy: returns will not be accepted for custom orders.
