Hand Embroidered Olive Chartreuse Silk Satin Bohca (#TX080726 | 43 x 46 1/2")

Circa 1880 - 1915 Ottoman Empire probably western Anatolia (Bursa or Istanbul) olive chartreuse silk satin bohca or ceremonial cover. A very unusual piece, hand embroidered in soft pink, pale blue, cream, and celery colored silk laid work with couching. Most likely a wedding bohca for a dowry wrapping cloth, in great condition.
