1920's to early 1930's light blue velvet with gold applique of stylized flowers embellished with green silk embroidery and tomato red centers. Framed with unusual red and gold meandering greek Key galon on Tawny velvet.  Hand trimmed with vintage gold metallic embroidery, knotted in the corners.
