Late 18th or early 19th C. raised silver and gold embroidery of scrollwork with the cross keys symbol for Saint Peter, the keeper of the keys to heaven.  Embroidery is bordered with antique silver metallic galon on Icy Blue velvet.  Hand trimmed with vintage silver metallic cording, knotted in the corners.  Down filled.
